Which agents are live?
Five: the FAFSA Helper for federal student aid, the USCIS Companion for N-400 naturalization and work authorization, the SNAP Helper for food stamps and Medicaid, the Housing Rights Helper for eviction defence and tenant rights, and the Veterans Navigator for VA benefits and local NGO support.
Do the impact agents cost anything?
No. They are free, with no upsell and nothing to buy. They exist because the network grows by helping others grow.
Are they a substitute for a lawyer or a caseworker?
No. They explain eligibility and walk you through the forms. For a decision that carries legal weight, take the output to a qualified adviser.
Can I propose a new public agent?
Yes. There is an open agent seat in the constellation for a programme the network has not covered yet.
